Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 cups Flour
2 pounds Butter, softened
4 1/2 cups White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
8 ounces Vanilla
1 dozen Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla. In a very large bowl work butter into flour with your hands. Add egg and sugar mixture. Dough will be very sticky. Refrigerate at least overnight. Next day, heat waffle iron- roll dough about the size of a walnut with floured hands. Put in waffle maker until golden brown( about 5 mins) Keep dough refrigerated. I roll several balls in advance and put the bowl back in the fridge. I have a round waffle iron and find i can put 7 cookies in at a time. Doesn't matter if they cross the dividing lines. They age very well. You can shake sugar on them if desired.
