1 1/2 Cups Oat Bran
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Ground Flaxseed
1 Cup Wheat Bran or Wheat Germ
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Blender Mix:
2 oranges (quartered and seeded, leave peel on)
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of Buttermilk
1/2 cup of Canola Oil
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix all "Blender Mix" ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour blender mix into dry ingredients. You may add a 1 1/2 cups of dried fruit if you desire. Divide batter into 24 muffin cups. Sprinkle with oats. Bake 18-20 minutes at 375F. Cool for five minutes in pan before removing to rack.
