pastry for 9" pie shell
3 c chopped rhubarb
2 c strawberries sliced
1 1/2 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1 c sour cream
1/2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange rhubarb and strawberries in unbaked pie shell. Mix sugar and 1/3 c flour with sour cream and pour evenly over fruit. Combine 1/2 c flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake at 450F for 15 min then reduce heat to 350F and bake another 30 min until fruit is tender.
