1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tblsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tblsp. chopped parsley
1 beaten egg
2 slices bread, crust removed and cubed

Directions:
Moisten bread pieces in milk. Mix all ingredients and shape into cakes. Fry in 1/4 cup butter over medium heat, about 5 minutes on each side.
