3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 Tbsp water
dash of onion powder, garlic powder, mint and red pepper flakes.
salt and pepper to taste.
olive Oil
canolla Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put breadcrumbs in bowl
put eggs, water, onion and garlic powder, mint, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix together.
Dip each chicken cutlet in egg wash and then in to breadcrumbs to coat. Heat olive and canola oil in skillet on medium heat (enough to fully cover bottom of skillet to about 1/4 inch or less. When oil is hot, add chicken cutlets and fry about 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
