Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
5-6 lbs. chicken breasts, thighs and legs
1 stick butter
Kosher salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk lemon juice, Heinz and Worcestershire Sauces. Put chicken in dish; rubbed with softened butter. Pour lemon mixture over and refrigerate 2-4 hours. Remove 30 minutes before cooking. Season with salt and pepper.

Grill chicken over medium-high indirect heat for about 25 minutes. Turn chicken and move to direct heat for about 15 minutes. Turn chicken and grill until golden brown and crisp, about 8 minutes more. Remove and let rest 10 minutes.
