Buffalo Chicken Balls Recipe

1 lb round chicken (or turkey)
1 egg
3/4 Cup breadcrumbs
1/2 finely chopped celery
2 finely sliced scallions
few dashes franks red hot sauce
few dashes cumin
few dashes salt and pepper
1 Cup franks red hot sauce
1 stick melted butter.

Balls: Mix all ingredients together. Roll in to small balls. Bake at 425 degrees until done.

Now reduce oven temp to 350

Sauce: Mix 1 Cup franks red hot sauce with 1 stick melted butter. Pour over balls and cover with foil. Put in 350 oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
