Ingredients:  
1 lb beef sirloin (cut in to strips)
1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tsp fresh basil
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heal olive oil in a pan.
Add beef strips and stir weill
Top with tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil and pepper.
Place lid on pan and cook on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 30-45 minutes or until meat is tender
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
