1 can of crescent rolls (8 Oz)
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/2 - 1 cup of taco sauce
1 1/2 cups of crushed tortilla chips (or Fritos)
1 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Optional - onion, olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

Brown the meat and add taco sauce - add some sautéed onions and/ or olives if you like
In a deep dish casserole, layer as follows:
Crescent rolls for the bottom crust
1/2 of the crushed chips
Meat / sauce mixture
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Remainder of crushed chips

Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
