Ingredients:  
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound (box) of penne pasta
Olive oil
1/2 to 1 cup of Parmesan cheese (preferably fresh)
1 jar of pesto
Salt / pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shrimp
Boil pasta
Mix shrimp, pasta and pesto together with a little olive oil to help with coating the pasta
Fold in approximately 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese - more if you like
Salt / pepper to your taste
Serve warm with salad and crusty bread.
