19 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp diced jalapeno peppers, ribs & seeds removed
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 large tomato, chopped & seeded
1 garlic clove, minced
12 oz. can kernel corn, drained
