4 pounds Pork Butt
10 Tomatillos
7 Jalapenos
8 Ground Cloves
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tablespoon Cumin
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
6 Potatoes ( Cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into 1/2" size, cover with water and boil till water is gone. Brown pork in oil. Boil tomatillos and chilis until soft. Put in blender with spices and puree using the water from pot as needed. Use salt and pepper to you taste. Add sauce to meat in large pan, add potatoes, cook until potatoes are done. Serve with corn tortillas.
