12 small Brussels sprouts
2 tsp. olive oil
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Toss sprouts with oil; season with cayenne and salt and pepper. Spread on foil-lined baking sheet. Roast 15 minutes., tossing halfway through. Stir in syrup. Roast 15 minutes longer or until browned. Remove; sprinkle with toasted pecans.
