1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, room temp
1 cup sugar
2 tbs butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon extract
13 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup oil


1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbs whole milk
1/2 tsp lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan.

In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

In medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon juice

Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and blend until smooth. Add oil and mix well.

Pour into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and pour glaze over it, then cool in pan on a wire rack.
