2 small onions, diced
2TBsp butter
2 tsp curry powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup (or cream of shrimp if using shrimp)
1 cup milk
4 cups cooked chicken, chopped (or cooked shrimp)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly saute onions in butter, and stir in curry powder. Combine soup with milk, add to this mixture.
Fold in chicken (or shrimp). Heat thoroughly. Keep.warm until served, or stop here and refrigerate until ready to serve, then heat up.

Serve over hot rice with condiments from the list below in small dishes next to the main course.

chopped pineapple, raisins, chutney, coconut, peanuts,
crumbled cooked bacon, halved sliced banana, chopped watermelon pickle, chow mein noodles.

This recipe came from our first neighbors in Orlando on Ivel Drive. I have made it many times, always to
compliments for originality.
Serve with a tossed green salad (no tomatoes) and hot crusty bread--- a feast.
