1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
2 Cups Well Drained Cherries



Sauce - Serve hot on top of Pudding
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Cream
1/2 lb. Butter

Cake -
Bake in 8 x 8 pan.
300 degrees - for 50 minutes

Sauce -
Heat over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

This is truly a delicious dessert. It is a family recipe from the Sundquist family (Anne Sundquist Didlake), and per Uncle Russ it is the only dessert that Beulah made.
