1 1/2 tablespoon butter
18 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mild
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup ham, browned bacon or sausage, cheese or onion (you may use any combination of ingredients to equal 1 1/2 cups)

Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs; mix all ingredients; stir in meat. Pour into pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 325º F.
