3 cups Thinly Sliced Unpared Zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 finely Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar okay)
2 T Chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano or 1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/3 cup Oil
Clove Garlic, finely chopped
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all ingredients, spread in 13 X 9 greased pan. Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes. Cut into 2 inch X 1 inch pieces.
