1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage
3-4 slices of Bread- cubed
2 C. Milk
1 C. Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
6 Eggs
1 tsp. Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and crumble the sausage. Beat eggs until foamy. Add milk, salt and mustard.

Place cubed bread into a greased 9" x 13" baking pan.

Layer sausage and cheese and pour egg mixture over. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

May be frozen and cooked later. Good with picante sauce. May use hot sausage if desired.
