10-12 pieces boneless thighs
cup flour
cup oil
2 t. spicy paprika
2 t. regular paprika,
2 t. Garlic powder
2 t. Onion powder
1 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 cups rice
1 T. chicken soup mix
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in large Ziploc bag or bowl
Dip each piece of chicken in flour
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat
Place chicken in skillet
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of spicy paprika, regular paprika, garlic powder and onion powder and t. of salt and t. of pepper on chicken
Brown for 2-3 minutes and turn over
Repeat this side of chicken same as above
Pour can of diced tomatoes over chicken after 2 minutes
Add 2 cups of rice
And 4 cups of water
And 1 T. chicken soup mix
Cook on low for 40 minutes
