1 head romaine lettuce, finely chopped
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup each, diced: dry Italian salami, mozzarella cheese, smoked turkey breast
1 cup garbanzo beans, drained

Dressing
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 medium cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano, crumbles
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. For dressing: place vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, oregano, pepper, salt and sugar in blender or food processor with steel blade. Blend for 30 seconds. Slowly drizzle in oil, blending
until emulsified.

2. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix. Our dressing over and toss again to distribute evenly.
