4 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 +1/2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup chopped, toasted almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3 Tablespoons minced onion
1+1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise (No substitutes such as Miracle Whip)
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped green or red sweet peppers

TOPPING:
1 + 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 + 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9-in x 13-in baking dish.
3. Cover with topping of cheddar cheese and potato chips.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
