Ingredients:  
1-2 bxs of Pasta Noodles Any kind: thin spaghetti, Fettuccine or linguini
1-case of cherry tomatoes sliced
1-Bushel of Cilantro chopped & divided
1-Brown Onion Julian cut
1-2 Jalapeños cut into rounds
1lb. or 2- Sausages cut into spears
1-Tbs of minced Garlic
1- Cube Chicken bullion
1- tsp of cumin
1- tsp of black pepper
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
-Cook pasta and drain
-Put enough olive oil to cover pan
-Put sausage and lightly brown, then add the garlic, onions, cumin, pepper, chicken bullion, cilantro and tomatoes. Sauté until well cooked.
-Add the pasta, salt to taste and mix.
-Garnish with jalapeños, cilantro and squeeze lemon to taste.
