1 pound frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (4 & 1/2 cups)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

TOPPING:
1 stick butter melted
3 cups corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Combine potatoes, soup, sour cream, onions and shredded cheese.
3. Place in a 9-in x 13-in baking pan (or casserole dish of your choice).
4. Mix Topping ingredients of melted butter and cornflakes.
5. Cover casserole with topping mix.
6. Bake in 350º F. oven for 50-55 minutes.
