1 cup light brown suagr
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat muffin tin with Baker's Joy spray

Combine sugar, flour, pecans - set aside
Melt butter and combine with eggs - mix well
Stir in dry mix and stir until moist.
Fill mini muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 12-15 minutes. Turn onto cooling rack if you want.
