Amounts Grammy used unknown. This is as close as I have gotten.

5 lb boiled potatoes (keep firm)
Cook whole then dice or as Grammy did, dice and cook.
Just try not to over cook.
1 medium onion finely diced
Salt ??
Mix together and refrigerate

In large fry pan put (remember Grammy did not measure)
2-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
Blend well together. Add
2 cups apple cider vinegar
Stir over medium to low heat till liquidized and smooth.
Add mustard till it is tasty.
Pour over potatoes and onions. Mix and refrigerate over night if possible.

Enjoy as you remember Grammy. Grammy always added celery seed. You decide
and adjust recipe to your taste. Honestly, I do not measure either. So have fun.
