1 head of Cauliflower
4 to 6 oz. Milk
3 to 4 tbs. Olive Oil
1 cup grated Parmesian cheese
Garlic ( optional)

Cooked fettucini

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until very tender.

TAKE NOTE....BE CAREFUL PROCESSING HOT ITEMS IN FOOD PROCESSOR!

Process the drained cauliflower with all of the ingredients in a food processor.
If consistency is too thick, add some of the hot water the cauliflower was cooked in to the mixture.

Serve over cooked fettucini!

Delicious and low calorie.
