Wedge of Brie cheese, casing removed
3/4 cup apricot preserves
Dill, to taste
Crescent rolls, 2 triangles
egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Place brie cheese in small casserole dish, top with apricot preserves, sprinkle with dill.

Top the casserole dish with the crescent rolls that have been sealed together. brush with egg and cook at 375ºF for 10-15 minutes

Serve with crackers.
