Dip:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) can corn
1 (4 oz) can chopped chilies
2 (4 oz) chipolte peppers, chopped with adobo sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Topping:
4-5 green onions, chopped
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for dip together in oven safe dish. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. Bake at 375ºF for 25 to 30 minutes.

Mix together topping ingredients, after cheese mixture is baked "plop" the topping into the center of the dip.

Serve with tortilla strips or vegetables.
