Ingredients:  
1 cup white or brown rice
2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
Add salt to the water
Follow the directions on the pkg of rice for cooking.
While rice is cooking, chop the cilantro.
Once the rice is cooked, add the juice of the two lines, the cilantro and stir it all together with a fork.
Serve warm.
