1 Green Bell Pepper Strips
1 Yellow Bell Pepper Strips
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 Large Bottle of Prego© Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup Chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Packages of Italian Sausage: 1 sweet & 1 Hot
1/2 cup Red Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Bring large pot of water to a boil, add a dash of salt if necessary. Add sausages to water and boil 10-15 minutes. Rinse and cool, cut sausages into thirds.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in dutch oven, add peppers, onions and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes stirring often.
Step 3: Add cut sausages, marinara, italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the bell peppers.
Step 4: Add red wine, mix well
Step 5: Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes at 350ºF
