1/2 cup thinly sliced Rhubarb
1/2 cup Sugar
11/2 cups Milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Make a good crust
Mix rhubarb with 1/2 cup sugar
Make custard with 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 tbsp sugar and beaten yolks of 2 eggs.
Bake
When folk, cover with meringue made with beaten whites of eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a slow oven
Serve when cold.
