Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 C. rice
1 jar Jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. cooked broccoli (I use fresh)
1/2 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and sour cream. Drain cooked rice well and combine with the other ingredients.
Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350º until hot and bubbly and browned. About 30 minutes.

I can't find Jalapeno Cheez Whiz anymore so I cube up 1/2 lb.of Velveeta and dice up 1 or 2 jalapenos.
I stir the casserole about half way through the baking to distribute the cheese.
