Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
16 oz chocolate candiquick
3 oz vanilla candiquick

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract. Add flour and mix until well combined. Dough will be thick. Add 1 tsp water (or a bit more) if needed to help the dough come together. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Shape the dough into balls (you can also make into footballs if you want). Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Melt chocolate candiquick in a bowl until stirring at small intervals until smooth. (Can use microwave here). Using a toothpick or a fork, dip the balls into the chocolate mixture and place back on parchment paper to harden.

Once the balls are dry, melt the vanilla candiquick and use to decorate the balls....either with drizzle or football laces depending on the shape you made. Allow to dry and enjoy!
