10-12 potatoes, red or brown
1 large can cream of Chicken soup
Splash of milk to adjust thickness
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Onion powder 1/4 tsp
Cheese, lots of grated cheese, mild or sharp

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice all potatoes into thin round slices. Peeling is optional.
Mix cream of chicken, garlic, pepper, onion powder, splash of milk in a large bowl.
Add in sliced potatoes and mix to coat all potatoes.
Layer 1/2 mixture into lightly greased baking dish.
Layer some grated cheese about a cup or so worth.
Layer remaining potato mixture on top.
Cover tightly with foil, and Bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
Uncover with foil and top with grated cheese.
Place back in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let sit for 10 minutes uncovered.
Dig in!
