2 cups rice
1 can beef bouillon
1 can beef broth
1 onion, chopped
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, beef bouillon, beef broth and onion. Place in casserole dish. Slice pats of butter and place on top.
Cook at 350º for 1 hour.
