Butter for browning
1 egg
2 cups Brown Sugar
8 tbsp Milk

yolks of 4 eggs
2 tbsp Flour
2 cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown egg size butter
add 2 cups brown sugar and 8 tbsp Milk
Cook for 10 minutes.

Mix 4 egg yolks with 2. tbsp flour and 2 cups milk.
Work into a thin batter and boil both together

makes 2 pies
