PUREE IN BLENDER:

3 TBL vinegar

3 chopped garlic cloves

1 ½ TBL fresh ginger ( a chunk)

1 TBL Spicy Red Curry Paste

1 TBL ground cumin

¼ TSP ground cardamom

¼ TSP ground cloves

¼ TSP hot pepper

1 TBL mustard seeds

2 TSP Paprika

2 TBL Olive Oil

Mix in crock pot with

1 cup Tomato Sauce

I can garbanzos

¼ cinnamon stick

1 small onion chopped

THEN ADD

2 ½ LB boneless skinless chicken thighs

Cook on LOW for 5 hours

Top with chopped parsley, serve with nice rice and salad
