2 Pounds Fresh Asparagus
12 slices of Bacon
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Butter (1 stick)
1-tablespoon Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Minced Garlic (or garlic powder)
¼-teaspoon ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Make 12 bundles of Asparagus wrap 1 slice of bacon around each bundle. Lay the bundles in a low-sided casserole dish single layer.
In a Medium saucepan combined the Brown sugar, Butter, Soy sauce, Garlic and pepper; bring to a boil and then pour the mixture over the Bacon wrapped asparagus. Place the casserole dish in the oven for 25 minutes or until the Asparagus has started to wilt and the bacon looks fully cooked.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
