Chewy Coconut Granola Bars Recipe

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp. con syrup
1/2 cup almond (or peanut) butter
pinch salt
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 nuts (pecans, cashews, almonds (optional))
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

1. Melt togetehr coconut, honey, corn syrup, almond butter, salt and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, cocount, nuts and chocolate chips.
3. Pour mixture inot a parchment lined 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkly with extra coconut and mini chocolate chips, cover and refrigerate until firm.
4. Use parchment to remove hte bar and cut into squares. Store bars in fridge, or wrap and put in freezer.
