1 (2 LB) pork tenderloin
1 ounce, envelope of dry onion Soup mix or 1 Tablespoon of Onion Powder
1 cup Water
3/4 cup of Red Wine
3 Tablespoon minced garlic
3 Tablespoon soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. ( you may add carrots, celery, and potatoes all cut up in cooker while cooking) Sprinkle with pepper,

Cook on low setting for 4 hours. then its ready, Serve with cooking liquid
