2 lbs ground beef or shredded chicken breast
2 can black beans
2 packages cream cheese
package of sheredded mexican cheese
large can of enchilada sauce
taco size tortillas - package of 20

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375

Brown ground beef or shred cooked chicken breast

Drain and rinse black beans

You will be dipping the tortillas in the enchilada sauce.

Layers of lasagna:

Layer tortillas in bottom of 9" x 13" glass baking dish, top with ground beef or chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese..
Layer tortillas on top of meet, top with black bean and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Layer tortillas on top of beans. Heat the cream cheese in the microwave to melt to a spreadable consistency, spread on top of tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
Layer tortillas on top of cream cheese, heat in oven until bubbly, top with shredded cheese put back in oven until melted.
