4 cups diced or shredded cooked turkey.(or chicken breast).
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) green chilies finely chopped, discard seeds.
1 medium onion, finely chopped.
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup.
1 cup or 1 can chicken broth.
1 lb. shredded cheddar & jack cheese about 4 cups.
24 Corn tortillas

Preheat oven to 375
9x13 oven safe baking pan.


Butter the tortillas and cut in halves Combine turkey, chilies, onion and cream of chicken soup. (Use a splash or about 1/4 cup of broth to loosen the soup.) Place the tortillas on the bottom of baking pan. Spread 1/3 of the turkey over tortillas, top with 1/3 of cheese. Cover with another layer of tortillas. Repeat layers twice. Drizzle chicken broth over the top, cover and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
