One cup long grain rice
1 2/3 cup water
¼ tsp coarse salt
½ cup fresh cilantro
2 tbs lime juice
1 tbs olive oil
1 garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
In rice tier bowl place the rice, 1 2/3 cup water, ¼ tsp coarse salt. Cover and set timer for 55 minutes.
Meanwhile in blender add cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, and water. Blend until smooth.
When rice is done, fold juice into rice until well mixed.
