8 medium red potatoes
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 C. milk
1 t. dry mustard
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
dash nutmeg
1/2 # grated cheddar cheese
Butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the potatoes with the skins on in boiling water the night before until soft, peel & grate into a baking dish sprayed with Pam, refrigerate overnight.

Combine in a medium saucepan:
whipping cream
milk
dry mustard
salt & pepper & nutmeg
cheddar cheese

Stir over medium heat until the cheese is melted.
Pour over the potatoes.
Dot with butter & sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate 24 hours, remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
Bake at 325º for 60 minutes
