3 cans of black eyed peas
1-1/2 pound of ground beef
1/2 cup of green peppers
1/2 cup of onions
1 small can of diced tomatoes
2 cans of tomatoes sauce
Garlic powder
Oregano
2 tablespoons sugar
1 box of Jiffy Corn Bread mix
1 small aluminum pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef in a pot and drain.
2. Poor in the onions and green peppers (simmer for about 10-15 minutes).
3. Add the diced tomatoes and the black eyed peas to the ground beef
and mix in.
4. Add the 2 cans of tomatoes sauce and mix in.
5. Let simmer for another 10- 15 minutes.
6. Mix one box of Jiffy mix with egg and milk.
7. Poor ground beef and black eyed peas mixture into the small aluminum pan.
8. Spread the Jiffy mix over the top of the black eyed peas mixture and bake on 350 for about 30 minutes.
