1/2 c Flour
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 c grated cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
8 slices of Black Forest Ham (cut into cubes)
3/4 c Marsala wine (dry)
3 tbsp. butter ( 1 for browning, 2 for sauce)
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

1. Combine flour, garlic salt, pepper & grated cheese. Dredge chicken in mixture to coat.

2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter in large fry pan. Brown chicken on both sides (about 2 minutes for each side) Stir in mushrooms and ham.

3. Pour wine over chicken, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Once chicken is cooked, increase heat and add 2 tbsp. butter, stir until melted and serve.

If serving with pasta, I usually up the wine and butter, and add chicken stock to have enough sauce.
