2 -3 lb. beef, cut into small bite-size pieces
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 cabbage, chopped
1 bag frozen peas & carrots
1 bag frozen green beans
1 env. onion soup mix
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bag frozen brussel sprouts
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1 gal. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown beef and onions in your soup pot. Add bouillon cubes and onion soup mix and enough water to cover ingredients, about 1 gallon; bring to a boil. Add frozen vegetables, cabbage, tomatoes and brussel sprouts to soup pot. Add more water if needed. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
