1can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
8 ounces shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs in a large bowl then add sugar. Beat it well then add sour cream while still beating. Add both cream corn and kernel corn and stir well. Add the Jiffy mix and 6 ounces of cheese. Mix ingredients well before pouring it into a 9x13 inch casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top mixture with the rest of the cheese and bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
