cup butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4 cup oats or buckwheat flakes
cup dried fruit, chopped
1/3 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat 8 square cake pan with cooking spray. Place butter, honey and syrup in pan and cook over low heat, stirring till mix is well combined. Remove from heat and stir in oats, fruit and nuts and mix well. Turn into pan and press down firmly. Bake at 350 30 mins. Cool covered overnight. Cut into bars.
